Cap City is proud to announce the start of the 2018 33rd Annual "Funniest Person in Austin" Contest!
F.P.I.A. begins SUNDAY APRIL 1ST, with a preliminary round every Sunday - Tuesday until Tuesday May 1st. Semi-Final nights will be Sunday May 6th through Tuesday May 8th. The Final night of the contest will be Monday May 14th, 2018.
The contest draws in everyone from seasoned comedic vets to rookies- some of whom have never even performed in front of a live audience. Needless to say, it's a guaranteed good time!
Top prize this year is $3000!
